球铁车辆转盘件叠芯造型铸造工艺研究

挂车转盘质量直接关系车辆使用性能和寿命。采用合脂砂芯组合、叠芯造型法，在钢球滚道部位放置外冷铁，并严格控制球化工艺，可有效利用造型面积，减少铸造缺陷，实现批量生产。

Trailer turntable quality directly infects vehicle＇s service performance and life. It can effectively using the molding field,reducing casting defects and achieving batch process by using synthetic fatty acid sand combination method, stack molding method, place external iron chill on the region of steel balls raceway and strictly control the nodular process.
