职业生涯规划教育的现状及对策

Discuss Present and Development of Education on Career Planning

职业生涯规划教育是在我国社会发展的新形势下产生的新事物，发展大学生职业生涯教育理论和体系，对于充分开发利用大学生这种优势人力资源，推动现代化建设的发展，具有举足轻重的作用。本文以“职业教育中的职业生涯规划教育”为基础，分析职业生涯规划教育的发展现状并针对存在的问题提出了建议，一方面，在职业教育院校内要对大学生进行职业生涯教育，另一方面，在实践过程中要对其不断的弥补与完善。

Education on career planning is an innovation in the new situation of our social development. The theory and system of education on career planning within students plays an important role in making full use of the human resource treasure of college students and improving China＇s construction of modernization. On the base of the education on career planning in the higher vocational colleges, the paper analyzes the present of it and gives some suggestions： on the one hand, the higher vocational colleges should have a course of career planning; on the other hand, it should be perfected during the practice.
