摘要 介绍了生命周期评价方法(LCA)及其在水泥工业中的应用。运用环境影响指标标准化和AHP权重定量法对硅酸盐水泥进行了较为系统的LCA评价,得到了硅酸盐水泥环境综合指标为6.70×10-12年,并提出了水泥环境性能改善的关键在于提高能效、减少碳酸质原料用量及改进工业燃烧技术。单纯减少水泥生产煤耗而提高电耗并不能从根本上改善水泥的环境性能,只是将污染从水泥行业向电力行业转嫁。 In this article, the basic concept and framework for LCA(Life Circle Assessment) are described and the methodology of its application to portland cement is discussed. By normalizing environmental themes and utilizing AHP to quality weighting factors, LCA of portland cement is processed systematically and its comprehensive environmental index is 6.70×10-12a.At last, the following conclusions are drawn: decreasing coal expense and increasing electricity expense can not improve environmental performance of cement, it just transfers the pollution from cement production to electricity production. The opportunities for improving environmental performance of cement are enhancing the efficiency of energy utilization, decreasing the amount of carbonate raw materials used and improving the industrial burning technology.
