重庆城市综合环境功能分区中层次权重解析法的应用

An application of analytic hierachy process in comprehensive urban environmental function division in Chongqing City.

环境功能区划分的理论和方法尚不成熟，现有方法推广应用存在一定困难。环境功能区划分本质上属决策行为，运用系统决策技术中层次权重解析法（ＡＨＰ）能较好的予以解决。依据重庆城市组团结构和环境特征、经济社会发展现状和规划，筛选出形成和影响环境功能的４类１４个主要特征因子为指标，将１４个地域划分为５类环境功能区。划分结果符合重庆城市特征，对环境综合整治和管理指导性强，该方法优点显著。

The theory and method of environmental function division have not grown up;and it is quite difficult to apply and popularize the present method in some extent. Essentially this kind of division is subject to a decision behavior.Any problem could be overcome very well using the weight analytic hierachy process of the systematic decision technology. According to the blocky structure and the environmental feature of Chongqing City and its status quo and planning of socioeconomic development, this paper selects 14 main characteristic factors in 4 sorts as indexes;and divides 14 regions into 5 environmental function districts . The result is suitable for the urban feature of Chongqing City and very directive for its comprehensive environmental management and control. The method has many evident advantages and wide adaptability.
