摘要
介绍了一种新型的独立磁路混合励磁电机的结构和工作原理,并运用二维有限元软件对电机性能进行仿真分析,验证了该电机的磁场调节特性。从电磁性能和机械性能两方面,对隔磁结构进行了优化设计。样机试验数据和有限元仿真结果基本吻合。
On the new type hybrid excitation machine with isolated magnetic paths, its structure and operation mechanism are described. Then with resort to the 2D Finite-element Software, its performance is simulated to further verify its magnetic field adjustment characteristics. Considering both the electromagnetic and the mechanical characteristics, the magnetic isolating gap is optimized. The tested result of the prototype machine agrees with the simulated one as expected.
