摘要 介绍了基于FPGA的微机型电动机保护装置的硬件结构及实现方法,从硬件及算法两方面考虑保护措施,硬件以Altera公司Cyclone系列EP1C12Q240C8芯片为核心、软件以最小二乘法为核心的实现方案。由于装置中采用了高速、高性能的FPGA处理器,因此可以引入复杂的滤波和分析算法,且外围电路大为减少,具有精度高、动作速度快、体积小和抗干扰性强的特点。装置可对2000kW以下的电动机实现过流、反序、零序等保护,为设备的检修与维护提供依据。 The hardware structure and actualized method of motor protection device based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) were introduced. The hardware and algorithm of relay protection measures were analyzed in detail. According to the demand of the set, EP1C12Q240C8 chip of ALTERA is used as Central Processor Unit and the Least Square Method is used as the core algorithm. For the high speed and high performance FPGA processor is applied, the complicated algorithm on filtering and analysis can be used in the control software, and the peripheral circuits can also be reduced to a great extent. So the system has the characteristics of high measure precision, high action speed, small size and well anti-jamming. This equipment could achieve many protections for the motors below 2000 kW, such as over current protection, reverse sequence protection, zero sequence protection. And it could continuously monitor and measure the state of action of breakers to provide inspection and maintenance of the equipment.
