摘要 对我国变频调速供水技术的发展进行了系统分析,对变频调速节能的原理进行了深入探讨。以平高集团供水系统改造为例,重点介绍了变频调速供水系统的构成及工作原理。变频调速供水系统改造以STD总线工控机为中心,以变频器为核心部件,根据企业用水需求,自动控制水泵投入的台数和电机转速,自动跟踪管网与给定压力的偏差变化,自动调节压力,实现闭环自动恒压供水,在保持恒压下,达到控制流量的目的。系统具有压力稳定,结构简单,投资小,节能效果明显,工作可靠等优点。 The history and power-saving principle of frequency control water system are discussed. Take Pinggao Group' s water system revamping as example, the composition and operating principle of the system are introduced. STD bus controller is the core of water system, and frequency convener is the main component. The system controls the sum of working pumps and motor speed according to water demand, tracks pipe network and adjusts pressure automatically to reach the goal of loop-locked constant pressure water-supply with flow under control. The system has merits of constant pressure, simple structure, low investment, sharp power-saving effect and high reliability.
