两个茶薪菇菌株胞外酶活性的测定与分析

The Testing and Analysis of Ectoenzyme Activity of Two Agrocybe aegirita Strains

采用液体发酵的方法,对两个茶薪菇菌株进行了两种胞外酶活性的测定分析,结果表明:茶薪菇两个菌株超氧化物歧化酶的活性均呈先下降后上升的变化趋势,回升后的最高值均在0.9U左右;菌株901多酚氧化酶活力先迅速下降,后稳定,菌株902先稳定,后快速上升,最高达到0.1U,两菌株间差异显著。茶薪菇902是筛选出的优良菌株。

The testing and analysis of extracellular enzyme activity on two Agrocybe aegirita strains were studied by the method of liquid fermentation. The results showed that, the SOD activity of two Agrocybe aegirita strains first dropped and then rose. The max point was around 0.9U. The PPD activity of strain 901 dropped rapidly and then kept stable. The PPD activity of strain 902 were stable at the beginning and rapidly rose then. The highest values reached 0.1U. There was a significant difference. Agrocybe aegirita 902 was better to produce enzyme than 901.
