摘要
采用石蜡切片的方法对斑马鱼卵巢发育组织学进行了研究。结果表明,斑马鱼卵巢发育可分为6个阶段。在不同的卵巢发育阶段,存在不同发育时相的卵母细胞;发育后期的卵巢中同时存在多个时相的卵母细胞。
The ovarian development in zebrafish was studied by methods of waxing. The result showed that ovarian development in zebrafish could be divided into six periods. There existed different phase ooeytes in different ovarian development stages. And there were several phase oocytes in late development phase simultaneously.
