摘要
在我国工程机械行业,沥青摊铺机市场是极少数国产品牌仍未"翻身"的市场,而且至今还看不到"翻身"的迹象。根据中国工程机械工业协会路面与压实机械分会统计数据,2008年5家外资品牌摊铺机占据整个摊铺机市场的约17%,2009上半年更上升到了26%。要是剔除较低端的稳定土摊铺机,外资品牌沥青摊铺机市场占有率还要高得多。这是令国产摊铺机厂家十分尴尬的局面,已经存在近二十年了。作为沥青路面施工的关键设备,沥青摊铺机的好坏对沥青路面施工质量影响很大。我国十多年来的公路建设大潮中,道路施工单位以及监理、业主单位普遍认同进口摊铺机,尽管近年来国产摊铺机技术水平有了长足的进步,但高速公路施工现场几乎仍是清一色的"洋品牌"摊铺机。如此普遍而长期存在的现象,远不只是采购单位存在"崇洋"心理那么简单。那么,这个问题的症结在哪里?国产摊铺机与进口摊铺机之间差距到底在什么地方?近期,我们在全国各地邀请了多位具备丰富的公路施工实践与设备管理经验的著名专家,针对此问题展开深入探讨。
As the key equipment,the quality of asphalt paver is significant for asphalt pavement construction. Over the past decade of Chinese road constr uction,imported pavers were accepted by road construction companies,supervision companies and the owners. Although the quality of domestic paver has been improved rapid in recent years,foreign pavers were exclusively used in the highway construction site. The reason for the existence of this phenomenon,is not only the 'western-worship' concept. So,where does the crux lie? What is the gap between domestic and foreign pavers? Recently,we invited a number of experts with abundant exper ience about roa d construction and equipment management to discuss this issue.
