Study on the Policies on Speeding up the Development of Northern Jiangsu and Their Performance Appraisal

近年来,江苏省持续出台了一系列旨在推进苏北加速发展的政策举措。文章在分析加快苏北发展政策的提出、实施与主要内容的基础上,运用趋势外推、直观判断、区域综合竞争力分析等方法进行了绩效的评价,并在此基础上提出了政策建议。

In recent years, Jiangsu province has introduced a series of policies intended to promote the development of the Northern part of the province. On the basis of an analysis of the release, implementation and major content of these policies, this paper carries out a performance appraisal through trend extrapolation, intuitive judgment, and overall regional competitive power analysis, and supplies some propositions on future policies.
