摘要
结合月径流中长期预报模型对水文气象资料的要求，建成了水文气象资料数据库和一套可供实用的月径流中长期自动预报系统。该系统在实际应用时，用户将水库建站以来的月平均入库流量和新的水文气象资料追加到数据库中，该系统程序即可自动进行计算并给出预报决策值。
On the basis of climatological,meteorological,hydrological data and the data requirement of mid and longrange forecast of monthly discharge a database and an automatic mid and longrange forecasting system of monthly discharge are established.The users can input the monthly mean inflow data collected afeter the operation of the reservoir and new climatological and hydrological data to the database,and the system will automatically calculate the predictive monthly discharge of the reservoir.
