摘要
以凿岩机、钎杆、钎头及岩石作为一个整体系统进行了细致的研究。在对凿岩系统参数匹配进行研究时,首次从理论上提出了不应将凿岩机单独作为一个研究对象。将CAD计算机辅助设计技术和仿真技术相结合,并同时运用一机多能和柔性设计思想,对整个系统进行了综合优化,即实现了凿岩机有效热效率和凿入效率指标的优化,得到了系统的最佳匹配参数,并用试验优化方法对系统进行实验,找到的最优匹配参数与计算结果完全一致。此研究结果对指导生产厂家制造和用户正确使用气动凿岩机有着实用意义。
In this article, Rock Drill, Drill Steel, Bit and Rock have been carefully studied as a whole system. The paper, first puts forward a rock drill should not be studied as a single object. In researching factors' optimum collocation of Rock Drilling System, by taking advantage of CAD and simulation technology, both effective fuel efficiency and impacting efficiency of the Rock Drilling System have been optimized synthetically by use of 'soft design' and 'one-machine and multiple-function' ideas. At the same time. the author has also utilized experimental optimum method to look for the optimum factors. We find out that the results by computer and the results by experiment are the same. The study resultsof the paper can guide manufactures to make Rock Drills properly and users to use it correctly.
