摘要
介绍和讨论了在低压加热器由铜合金制成的300MW直流锅炉机组上采用联合水处理(CWT)运行方式所取得的结果和经验.运行结果表明,CWT技术可以消除给水泵节流阀的结垢问题,防止锅炉压差的上升,节约给水泵的驱动力,减少水汽循环回路的铁含量等.通过运行实验,还得出了此机组CWT运行方式下的水质控制指标.
This paper reports and discusses the results and experiences of combined water treatment (CWT) mode operation in 300MW once through boiler unit,in which the low pressure heater tube is made of copper alloy.The results show that CWT technique can eliminate the scaling problem in flow throttle control valves of feedwater pump,prevent the increase in boiler pressure drop,reduce the driving force of feedwater pump,reduce Fe content in water steam cycle circuit and so on.In this test and operation,the control criterion of water quality under CWT operation for actual unit has been defined.
