摘要
利用激励对策理论,以工程项目资金分配为背景建立了一个两级多人递阶决策模型.从理论上证明了本模型的N人非合作对策平衡偶的存在性,分析了其诱导机制,并通过仿真实验,证明了在理性条件下,可得到满意决策结果.进一步解决了虚报问题和消极怠工问题,并阐明了本模型在实际经济决策中的意义和应用前景.
According to the principles of incentive game,this paper presents a two level multi person hierarchical decision model with a background of project fund allocation.It verifies,in theory,the existance of equilibrium points of the N person non cooperative game of the model,shows the incentive principles and proves the stabilities of the decision results by simulation.Further,it gets solutions to the false report and slack work by redistribution of the reward in each project,and presents the model's application prospects.
