摘要本文介绍了美国社区银行最新发展,对金融危机时期社区银行相对于大银行更加良好的财务表现作了说明和分析,结论是政府信用和稳健保守的经营理念并不过时,仍然是银行安全性的重要支撑。无论是社区银行还是大银行,均要时刻关注金融衍生品"双刃剑"属性对处理"三性原则"的重要性。此外,银行规模大小存在各自的规模优势。
