维生素C对视黄酸受体α基因的作用初探

摘要 采用半定量RT-PCR方法研究了在体外培养的猪成纤维细胞内,添加了终浓度为0.5、5、10、30μg/μL的维生素C分别作用12、24、48和72 h后,视黄酸受体α基因(RARα)的表达变化情况。结果表明:维生素C对RARα基因的表达无显著影响。 The express level of RARa gene was detected by RT -PCR in pig fibroblast cell and the final concentration of Vitamin C was 0. 5, 5, 10 and 30μg/μl and harvest the cell on 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours respectively. The results showed that Vitamin C could not effect the expression of RARα.
