摘要
目的评价细胞病理学检查在外阴、宫颈病变的细胞病理诊断价值。方法对１５７例外阴、宫颈活体组织及宫颈／阴道细胞涂片进行组织病理及细胞病理诊断。结果细胞病理与组织病理诊断符合率为９１．７２％。结论细胞病理检查能较好地反映病变性质，对外阴。
Objective To appraise the value of cytopathologic diagnosis in vulval/cervical lesions.Methods 157 cases of vulval/cervical lesions were studied by using cytopathologic and histopathologic diagnosis.Results The check rate between the cytopathologic diagnoses and histopathologic diagnosis was 91.72%.Conclusion Cytopathologic examination can fairly well show characteristic of lesions.Vulval/cervical lesions can be first diagnosed by vaginal cytopathologic examination.
