骨折合并脑外伤时NGF对骨折愈合的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的测定骨折合并脑外伤后神经生长因子(NGF)的变化情况,并与单纯骨折病人以及正常人进行对比,分析脑外伤后神经生长因子浓度变化与骨折愈合之问的关系,以期为临床骨折的治疗提供新的理论依据。方法选36例住院患者,分为两组:单纯骨折组18例,骨折合并脑外伤组18例。正常健康志愿者18例。每例于伤后3、14天抽取外周静脉血运用ELISA方法检测神经生长因子。结果单纯骨折组伤后第3天血清NGF含量升高(88.365±10.066),伤后14天为(120.017±12.064),均高于正常对照组。骨折合并脑外伤组伤后第3天血清NGF含量明显升高,为(112.365±13.486),伤后14天为(160.715±16.454)。其均高于单纯骨折组或正常对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折合并脑外伤病人血清NGF含量明显升高,提示NGF可能加速骨折愈合过程。 Aim To annlyze the relationship between the concentration of NGF and fracture healing after cerebral trauma through mensurating the NGF concentration in the group of fracture associated with cerebral trauma and contrasting with the group of simple fracture and health adult.To provide theoretical foundation for the treatment of fracture.Methods 36 patients were divided into two groups:simple fracture,fracture associated with cerebral trauma.And 18 cases of health adults were included into the control group. Venous bleed of the patients were adopted at 3,14 days after injury. The concentration of NGF was analysis by ELISA. Results The serum NGF in simple fracture patients was ( 88. 365 ± 10.066) and ( 120. 017 ± 12. 064 ). It was higher than the levels of health adults. The serum NGF in fracture patients with cerebral trauma was ( 112. 365 ± 13. 486) and( 160. 715 ± 16. 454). It was higher than the levels of health aults and the simple fracture patients. ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The concentration of NGF in the patients of fracture of fracture associated with cerebral trauma increase obviously. NGF may accelerate the process of fracture healing after cerebral trauma.
