摘要
"让人人享有健康"是每一个国家在实现现代化进程中所追求的目标之一。古巴在经济非常困难的情况下,经过近五十年的努力创造了世界医疗卫生奇迹,成为医疗卫生强国。古巴医疗卫生事业的成功表明发展中国家也完全可以拥有先进的医疗卫生水平。该文试图通过解读古巴医疗模式,分析我国医疗卫生现状,从古巴的成功经验中获取对我国医疗改革有益的启示。
It is a popular aim that everyone can enjoy their health in the modernization process of every country. Cuba has become a strong country in medical care through last 50-year effort even under difficult circumstance, which shows even developing countries can enjoy advanced medcial care. This paper makes an analysis of Cuba medical mode and present situation of medical care in China, and gets some enlightenment to the medical reform for China.
