摘要
"三证换一证"制度是一种高职学生毕业质量控制制度,是"双证书"制度的延伸。该制度的实施满足了用人单位对高技能人才品德、知识和技能的质量要求。如果解决不好运行中的利益冲突问题,该制度设计有可能成为自己成功的牺牲品。
The system of three certificates for one diploma is for the control of graduation quality of the students in higher vocational colleges, and is the extension of the double certificate system. The implementation of the system satisfies the employers＇ quality requirements of moral character, knowledge and skills of skillful talents. If the conflict of interests cannot be properly resolved in the implementation process, the design of the system may become a victim of its own success.
