摘要
文章介绍了制造类专业人才培养方案中机工实训教学环节在准确定位、阶段安排、教学设计及考核评价几方面进行的改革性探索,提出了机工实训环节要融入课程教学,加强专业针对性,合理划分实施阶段,有效促进学生能力增长,以"行动导向"进行教学设计,采用科学、多元化的评价方法考核实训成绩,才能确保和提高教学质量。
This thesis introduces the mechanical practice teaching links in manufacture personnel training project, makes exploration of accurate orientation, stage plan, teaching design as well as performance evaluation, shows that the mechanical practice teaching links should fit in with curriculum teaching, enhance specialty direction, divides implementation phases reasonably and promote students' capability effectively. Teaching quality can be improved and promoted by action - oriented teaching design, application of scientific multiple evaluation methods and results of practice tests.
