本文在对SAR图像变化检测技术进行综合性介绍的基础上,对该技术在洪灾受淹区域确定中的应用进行初步的研究和讨论,可作为抗洪抢险决策中的指导参考。

On the basis of the comprehensive introduction of the change detection techniques of SAR image, this paper aims to explore preliminarily and discuss the application in determining the flooded areas with the techniques, and can be used as reference and guide to the decision of flooding relief.
