摘要
艾比湖流域严重的生态环境问题,使得流域水资源可持续利用随着经济社会的发展倍受关注.在考虑生态效应的前提下,以艾比湖流域为研究对象,分析了流域现状用水及其存在的问题,通过供需分析进一步揭示其未来面临的水资源供需矛盾和水环境压力,并就其资源环境的约束问题,提出了水资源合理利用的调控措施.结果表明:研究区面临水资源短缺和水浪费双重压力,必须进行水供需控制.通过植被调节、节约用水、科学用水、流域间调水等有效手段实现潜在水资源的最大转化,其中,外流域水资源的调入对恢复改善艾比湖流域生态环境,具有重大的现实意义.运用的理念和调控对策可供同类地区参考.
The serious ecological environment problem causes that people pays more attention at the water resources sustainable use in the Ebinur Lake basin with the economy-society development.Taking the Ebinur Lake basin as a research object,in this paper,the problems of water utilization are first analyzed based on ecological effect.The imbalance between water demand and supply and the stress of water environment in the future is revealed by means of supply and demand analysis.Some control measures are proposed based on the constraint characteristics of water resources and environment.The main proposed measures include: to take some effective measures to control water demand because the research area is facing the situation of both water shortage and water waste,such as vegetation manipulation,water-saving,scientific water use,trans-basin water transfer and so on,all of which are quite helpful to increase greatly the potential water resources transforming.Trans-basin water transfer can improve the ecological environment of the Ebinur Lake basin,which has a very great practical meaning.The theories and control measures could provide references for similar regions.
