摘要
为了应对3G时代全业务竞争的需要,传统固网运营商需要对现有营销体系进行优化,以满足精细化经营的需要。文章从营销体系优化的目标、原则、手段等角度出发,提出了相对完整的营销体系优化方法论。对于传统固网运营商的营销体系优化策略制定和实践具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
In order to deal with the needs of full-service competition in the 3G times, the traditional fixed network operators need to optimize the current marketing system so as to satisfy the needs of elaboration operation. Beginning from the objectives, principles and methods of the optimization, this paper puts forward the comparatively complete marketing system optimization methodology, which has certain reference value to the formulation and practice of the marketing system optimization strategies for the traditional fixed network onerators.
