金融危机下高职生就业能力及就业问题新论

New theory on employability and problem of employment of the students in higher vocational colleges under the financial crisis

金融危机的到来,使大学生的就业问题变得更加严峻,尤其是高职毕业生,由于学历偏低、专业限制等因素,就业的竞争优势明显不够,就业的压力更大。文章分析高职生就业市场的特点,探讨高职生就业难的原因,并从政府应创造良好的就业竞争环境;高职院校应以市场为导向,提高毕业生综合素质;校企联合,订单式培养,三位一体的角度阐述高职生的就业问题。

The arrival of the financial crisis makes it more difficult for the college students to get a job, especially the students in higher vocational colleges because of the lower levels of education, specialty restriction and no enough competitive advantages, This paper analyzes the characteristics of the employment market of the students in higher vocational colleges and discusses the reasons of the employment difficulty. It expounds the problem of employment from the following aspects： government＇s creation for a good employment competition environment; the vocational college＇s market oriented method to improve the graduates＂ comprehensive ability; college-enterprise association; order-oriented training and trinity.
