摘要
目的探讨不同中医证型的骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的生化代谢特征。方法将30例MDS患者分为脾肾阴虚蕴毒型和脾肾阳虚蕴毒型两组;利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别检测两组患者血清中的小分子代谢物质的表达,获得相应的色谱-质谱图;采用判别分析的数据挖掘技术构建MDS中医证型的判别方程。结果两组患者血清中多种内源性代谢物的含量差异明显,据此构建的MDS中医证型判别方程在自身判别和交互判别中的总体准确率均达93.3%。结论利用代谢组学分析技术进行MDS的中医证型分型研究,显示出了较好的证型判别能力,也部分揭示了中医证型的生化物质代谢基础。
Objective To study the biochemical features of different traditional Chinese medicine patterns in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods A total of 30 MDS patients were divided into two groups of different TCM patterns according to the criteria of pattern identification. Combined gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method was utilized to detect the expression of endogenous small molecular metabolites in serums of the patients in the two groups to acquire the metabolite profile of the two different patterns. The data excavation technology of principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to establish the discrimination equations of patterns. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the contents of endogenous metabolites in serum and the discrimination equations of TCM patterns enjoyed the high accuracy rate of 93.3% both in the self-verification and mutual-verification. Conclusion In the study of TCM patterns in patients with MDS, the metabonomics analysis shows sound ability for pattern identification and brings to light partly the biochemical substances basis of TCM patterns.
