This paper analyses the necessity of developing bilingual teaching and describes the present situation of bilingual teaching of computer science in higher education, then tries to solve the problem of how to improve the quality of bilingual teaching in computer major in many ways such as the setting of subject, the selection of teaching material, the recruit of teacher, the selection of teaching method, the monitor of teaching quality and assessment of teaching effect.
