分析原有单体液压支柱拆卸机存在的主要问题,提出用液压缸为执行机构代替人力手锤砸夹紧方式,拆卸液压支柱,显著降低单体液压支柱拆卸的劳动强度。

Following an analysis of the problems encountered in the use of existing dismantling systems,a new prop dismantling system which features the use of hydraulic cylinder actuating mechanism to replace the manual clamping operation through hammering.The use of the new system has led to drastic reduction of labor intensity.
