The clinical application of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the study of epilepsy

摘要 经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是20世纪80年代中期发展起来的一项非侵入、无痛性神经系统检测和治疗技术,具有调节病变区皮质兴奋性等作用。近年来,实验及临床研究显示TMS具有潜在抗痫作用。文中就TMS在癫痫研究中的应用进行综述。 Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) is a non-invasive technique born in 1980s that can activate cortical motor areas and the corticospinal tract without causing the subject discomfort.Recent years,some studies suggest that TMS has the potential to against epilepsy.This article reviews the recent TMS research correlated with epilepsy.
