摘要
目的探讨胰腺分裂的内镜治疗技术。方法经内镜行副乳头括约肌切开术治疗胰腺分裂8例。结果5例上腹疼痛完全缓解,腹泻症状减轻;3例上腹疼痛减轻,腹泻症状无改善。结论内镜治疗胰腺分裂并副乳头狭窄是有效的。
Objective To investigate the value of endoscopy for the treatment of pancreas divisum.Methods Endoscopic papilla accessoria papillosphincterotomy was applied for the treatment of pancreas divisum in 8 cases.Reuslts 5 cases showed completely resolved abdominal pain,improved diarrhoea with no pancreatitis.3 cases showed improvement in abdominal pain,no change in diarrhoea.Concluaions Endoscopic papilla accessoria sphincteroplasty is effective for the combined narrow in papilla accessoria and the pancreas divisum.
