Nursing on the treatment of lumbar spondylolsithesis by pedical screw spinal system

目的评价后路椎弓根内固定系统治疗腰椎滑脱症的护理作用。方法回顾采用后路椎弓根内固定系统手术治疗腰椎滑脱症患者46例，观察护理与临床疗效的关系。结果所有患者随访4月-3．5年，通过术前、术后高质量的护理取得了良好的治疗效果，无特殊并发症。结论科学认真地做好围手术期护理，可提高手术成功率，减少并发症。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effects on the treatment of lumbar spondylolithesis by pedical screw spinal system. Methods Forty-six cases of lumbar spondylolithesis had been treated by pedical screw spinal system in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. The relation of nursing and clinical treatment result were ob- served. Results All 46 cases were followed up for 4 months to 3 years and 6 months. There was a good clinical treat- ment result with a preoperative and postoperative nursing of high quality and no special complication. Conclusion To finish seriously the perioperative nursing of science could increase the operative success rate and reduce the operative complication.
