对我国现行幼儿园教师资格制度实施的几点思考 被引量:13

摘要 幼儿园教师资格制度是推进我国幼儿园教师专业发展的一项重要措施,但现行的幼儿园教师资格制度在实施中对学前教育关怀不够:幼儿园教师资格制度未能良好发挥其专业保护屏障职能;单一的幼儿园教师资格认定模式难以满足在职幼儿园教师的多样化要求;幼儿园教师资格证的终身制难以促进幼儿园教师专业化发展。本研究从规范幼儿园教师的准入资格、拓宽幼儿园教师获取资格证书渠道和设立幼儿园教师资格证书有效年限三个方面提出改进幼儿园教师资格制度的思考。 Teacher qualification system is a great measure to push the construction of Chinese kindergarten teach- ers. The present teacher qualification system, however, does not care the pre - school education enough : it is hard to construct the kindergarten teachers' professional protection mechanism; the sole pattern of kindergarten teachers qual- ification recognition is hard to satisfy working teachers' diverse request; The teacher qualifications cards lifelong sys- tem is hard to help the kindergarten teachers' professional development. This study tries to improve present teacher qualification system with the three suggestions as follow: standardized the entrance qualification of kindergarten teach- ers; broaden the accesses to make more people kindergarten teacher; set a deadline for the teacher qualifications cards.
