关于广西北部湾小学英语课程开设的思考——以钦州市为研究个案

Thoughts on Primary English Lessons offered in Guangxi Beibu Gulf——The Example of Qinzhou City

广西北部湾小学英语开设现状为城区、县、镇一级普遍开设,而农村只有少数经济条件较好的可以开设,其主要原因是师资缺乏。小学开设英语课是社会的进步,家长思想的开放和九年义务教育要求。小学英语开设的对策为加强现任小学英语师资的培训和小学英语教育专业师资的培养。

The Current Situations of Primary English Lessons in Guangxi Beibu Gulf are that most of the schools in the cities, counties or towns have offered English lessons, and just a few of the rural schools have done. The main reason is that they are short of teachers. To offer English lessons in primary schools is the demand of the social development, the open mind of the parents and nine-year compulsory education. The countermeasures are strengthening the training of the primary English teachers and cultivating primary English teaching major students.
