摘要
以不同浓度的过氧化氢、碘伏、乙醇、苯扎溴铵和醋酸氯己定作用于金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌1~10min,仅75%乙醇作用1min可诱导金黄色葡萄球菌形成L型。其菌落多为“油煎蛋”样,少数呈较小的颗粒状。DNA酶活性、溶血作用、发酵部分糖与甘露醇及产生金黄色色素能力丧失,但凝固酶仍为阳性。
