摘要
介绍现代试验设计方法中的均匀设计和配方设计.借助试验设计原理,提出余表的构造方法及配方设计表的设计方案,得到一种新的优化算法.余表可用于确定优化过程中可能的迭代方向,借助配方设计表来探讨最佳初始迭代点的选择问题.以函数求极值问题验证该优化算法的可行性,并将其应用于体积约束条件下平面刚架的刚度优化问题,计算结果表明该算法可用于结构优化设计.
The experimental design methods such as uniform design and compound design were introduced.Based on the theory of experimental design,the construction methods of residual table and compound design table were proposed,so that a new optimization algorithm was obtained.The residual table was used to select optimal direction in the process of optimization while the compound design table was used to find optimum initial iteration point.It was verified by minimum finding of a function that the new algorithm was feasible, so that it was used for the stiffness optimization of a plane frame with volumetric constraining condition. The result showed that the algorithm could be used for the structural optimization.
