《基本药物目录》和《基本医疗保险药品目录》相关问题分析

目的 通过对两种目录基本问题的分析，理清二者的关系，使两种目录在维护公众健康方面发挥应有的作用，．方法本文采用文献研究的方法，对两种目录的产生背景、覆盖对象、发展趋势等一系列基本问题进行深入探讨。结果及结论在现阶段社会医疗保障范围还没有覆盖到全体国民的情况下，两种目录均具有其独立存在的价值，不宜合二为一。随着医疗保障制度的不断完善和成熟，两种目录终将走向统一。

Objective According to the analysis of the basic problems of the two lists, clarify the relationship between them, making their due roles in the maintenance of public health. Methods Using the methods of literature, discussing the backgrounds, coverage targets, trends of the two lists in depth. Results＆Conclusions At this stage, the scope of social health insurance has not covered all the cases of nationals, the two lists should be in independent existence. With the improvement and maturity of the health care system, the two lists will eventually move toward a unified directory.
