涿鹿柳蒿中多糖的提取及含量测定

Determining Polysaccharides Content in Artemisia selengensis Turcz. from Zhuo-Lu

目的:探讨从涿鹿柳蒿中提取多糖的方法并测定多糖含量。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取柳蒿粗多糖,无水乙醇、丙酮、石油醚依次洗涤纯化得柳蒿多糖;以苯酚-硫酸显色法显色,分光光度法在波长490nm处测定其含量。结果:柳蒿中多糖含量为5.8mg.g-1生药,加样回收率98.9%,RSD2.2%。结论:本方法提取方便,测定简便,灵敏度高,重复性好。

Objective：To distill Polysaccharides in Artemisia selengensis Turcz. and determine polysaccharides content. Methods： Adopt water solution and alcohol sedimentation were sublimated by absolute alcohol,acetone and petroleum ether, content was determined through the photometric and phenol - sulfuric acid method with detection wavelength at 490nm. Results： Artemisia selengensis Turcz. polysaccharides content 5.8mg · g^-1 crude drugs,the recovery of assay was 99.4% ,RSD=2.2%. Conclusion：The method developed is simple,easy for determination with high sensitivity,good reproducibility.
