护理专业临床实习情况调查及干预方法研究

Investigations about Clinical Internship of Nursing Specialty and Study on Intervention Methods

通过调查问卷的方法,对护理专业的护生临床实习中存在的问题进行了总结,针对所存在问题进行了详细的分析,制定了相应的干预措施并实施,对实施效果进行了统计分析后发现所采用的措施较为有效,应在今后的临床实习中进一步应用。

Through a method of questionnaire,some problems during clinical internship period of nursing students were summarized, and detailed analysis was carried out in order to solve these problems. Then, some relevant intervention methods were established and carried out, which were proved significantly effective after statistical analysis for intervention effect. As a result, these intervention methods can be used to the future clinical internship.
