摘要
应用抗角蛋白单克隆抗体对胎龄为３～７个月胎儿表皮角蛋白的质和量进行了动态研究。结果显示：各胎龄组表皮中均可见角蛋白阳性反应颗粒，但其反应强度和分布差异较大；从胎龄３～７月角蛋白的阳性反应产物有强－弱－强－弱的演变过程。表明在胚胎发育过程中。
In this paper, we use monoclonal antikeratin antibodies to study the changes of quantity and composition of the epidermis keratins in the fetuses from 3 month old to 7 month old. We demonstrate that:(1) The quantity and composition of the epidermic keratins vary with the fetus development and the variation possesses the phases: one is before month 4, and the another is from month 5 to month 7; (2) The quantity and the composition of the keratins change also as the keratinocyte differentiates in the same month group.
