There is a timber arch bridge, consisted of two groups of lengthwise components that were placed alternately, namely Hongqiao, or Rainbow Bridge. This article analyses the structure feature of The Bian river Rainbow Bridge and the wood timber arch bridges in Fujian and Zhejiang provinces, compares them with other timber arch bridge,makes detail analysis and discussion on the construction method and the architectural feature.
