福建煤矿居住区规划设计探析

The research on planning and design of Fujian coal residential area

随着我国经济、社会的快速发展,煤矿居住区朝着集中化、综合化发展已成为必然的趋势。本文根据福建煤矿地处山区的特点,以广平矿区总体规划为实例,从居住用地选址,道路布置等方面探析了如何利用当地自然条件,结合山地环境,因地制宜合理规划,为矿区居民创造良好的居住环境。

As the rapid development of economy and society in our country, centralization and integration have inevitably becoming the tendency of coal residential area. According to the characteristic of Fujian coal mountain area, our paper took the master plan of Guangping coal area as the example. From choosing address for residence, disposing roads and other aspects, we analyzed how to utilize local natural condition and combine mountain environment, in order to plan rationally and create good residential environment for coal area residents.
