近现代福州市建成区拓展特征研究

The research on urban expanding for Fuzhou

福州市位于闽江三角洲河口盆地,城市可发展用地受自然条件限制。近年来,福州市社会经济飞速发展,城市建设取得巨大成就,城市空间进入超常规的拓展阶段,人地矛盾日益突出。只有突破时间范围的束缚,研究城市拓展的历史规律,为城市规划提供科学依据,才能合理引导城市拓展。基于以上背景,本文利用GIS和遥感技术,对现代福州市建成区拓展历程进行分析,探求福州市建成区拓展的主要影响因素、特征、动力机制。

Fuzhou City is located in the Minjiang River Delta estuary basin,so that its urban land for development is restricted by natural conditions. In recent years,with the rapid development of social and economic condition and the great achievements of urban construction, urban spatial expansion goes into an extraordinary phase. At the same time , conflicts between people and land have become increasingly prominent. By breaking the shackles of time, studying law of urban development history, providing scientific basis for urban planning,urban expansion can be reasonably guided. With GIS and RS technology, the paper analyzes the expanding track of the built--up area in Fuzhou, and seeks for the characteristics,main factors and driving force mechanism in the expending process.
