结合某住宅小区商业会所的结构设计实例,介绍了三面约束一面临空的地下室的设计要点和构造措施、坡屋面和异形板的设计计算方法和施工要求以及大跨度单跨框架结构的设计体会,并提供了一些有益的建议,可供同类工程设计参考。

Based on engineering practice of a buisness and service center for residential quarter, some useful experienceon the structural design of basement without restriction in one direction and large single--span frame are presented;the calculation method and construction measures for the design of pitched roof and special--shaped plate are proposed. These may be referred in the similar design.
