摘要
用电子胃镜观察了８１０例患者的十二指肠降部发现１２４例患者有不同程度的病变，病变阳性率为１５．３％（１２４／８１０）。其中降部炎症６３例，溃疡１８例，降部炎症伴球部溃疡１７例，息肉１４例。１２２例病变发生在降部上段，认为：十二指肠降部病变率高，作电子胃镜时不应忽略十二指肠降部的检查。
An endoscopic analysis was carried out in 810 patients who received endoscopy from March 1993 to Julil 1997 in our hospital. The results were as follows: pathologic changes were found in 124 of them (15.3%). In this group 63 cases suffered from duodenal inflammation, 18 cases peptic ulcer, 14 cases polyps.
