云南烟区烤烟主要化学成分的变异分析

The variation analysis of the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yunnan province

为了合理利用云南烤烟原料,分析了云南省主产烟区烤烟13个主要化学指标在不同地区、不同部位、不同年份的变异.结果表明:烤烟总糖、还原糖含量及糖碱比值总体较高,烟叶钾氯比和两糖差变异较大,氮碱比较为适宜;不同地点间烤烟总糖、还原糖、钾、蛋白质、钾氯比、施木克值差异显著;不同部位间烤烟除氯、蛋白质含量差异不显著外,其余各指标差异均达到显著水平;年际间烤烟钾、氯含量表现较不稳定,但钾氯比值无显著差异.

In order to unilize the flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yunnan,the variation of 13 main chemical in- dexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves from Yunnan tobacco-growing areas among different tobacco-growing areas,different stalk positions and different years was analyzed. The results showed that contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and the ratio of reducing sugar to total alkaloids were high in total ,the ratio of potassium to chlorine and the difference of total sugar with reducing sugar had a big variation, the ratio of total nitrogen to total alkaloids was suitable. The difference of total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium, protein, the ratio of potassium to chlorine, the ratio of reducing sugar to protein in flue-cured tobacco leaves among different tobacco-growing areas was significant; the difference of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves among stalk positions was significant except contents of chlorine and protein; the contents of potassium and chlorine were unstable, but the ratio of potassium to chlorine among years had no significant difference among different years.
