摘要
１４例拇指及虎口部皮肤及软组织缺损，根据不同的缺损及患者要求分别进行了皮瓣转位、带血管蒂的口止母甲皮瓣及游离植皮等手术，疗效满意。阐述了拇指及虎口部皮肤缺损的修复方法及带血管神经蒂皮瓣转位的优点。
Fourteen patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the thumb and first web hand were treated by different operations such as skin flap transposition, vascularized great toe nail flap transplantation and free splint skin grafting. The results were good. Discussed are the different treatment for skin defects of thumb and first web hand and the merit of skin flap transposition. It points out both intraoperative and postoperative precautions, and details the key of precedure.
