摘要
在复制鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型的基础上,利用亚低温作为治疗手段,观察亚低温对鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其对氧自由基的影响。结果发现:亚低温度(33℃、30℃)能降低脑缺血再灌注性损伤脑皮质的水肿程度,减少MDA产生,保护SOD活力,且以30℃低温作用更为显著。结果提示:亚低温对鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,且随低温程度加深而增强;同时提示,抑制自由基产生。
The protection of mild moderate hypothermia on the ischemia reperfusion injury of brain in the rat is reported. Hypothermia (33 ℃,30 ℃) can reduce the extent of brain edema, cut down the product of free radical and protect the activity of SOD after ischemia reperfusion injury of brain in the rat. The protection was more effective when brain temperature was 30 centigrade. The result indicate that mild moderate hypothermia protects against the ischemia reperfusion injury of brain. The lower the brain temperature is, the more effectivethe production is, and it is also indicated that suppressing the production of free radical and protecting the activity of SOD may be one of the mechanisms of mild moderate hypothermia protection on brain.
