急性龈炎的中西医结合治疗

Combined Chinese and Western Treatment for Acute Gingivitis

目的：观察中西医结合疗法能否提高临床治疗急性龈炎的疗效。方法：６４例患者，根据炎症状态，对应中医辨证分型Ⅰ、Ⅱ型，设立对照组和治疗组，两组均给予牙周基础治疗，治疗组另给中草药汤剂内服，对照组常规抗炎处理。结果：在治疗早期（３ｄ），Ⅰ、Ⅱ型的治疗组在疗效上均与对照组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但在延长治疗时间至５ｄ后，Ⅰ、Ⅱ型的治疗组疗效均明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：与临床常规治疗方案相比。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of combined Chinese and western treatment to the acute gingivitis. Methods: 64 patients were classified according to “oral medicine” Chinese medical classifications. On the basis of supragingival scaling the curative group were treated with some Chinese traditional drug soaps while the control were dealt with anti inflammatory drugs for 3 days and 5 days. Results: no significant differences were found between the curative and the control on the 3 day ( P >0.05). It had been showed great disparity exiting ( P <0.025) by the 5th day between them and the curative effects of the therapeutic were much more stronger than the control. Conclusion: The combined Chinese and western treatment is a effective therapeutic method and it can enhance the clinic curative effect of gingivitis obviously.
