毁损前脑内侧束对精神分裂症大鼠认知行为的影响

The effect on behavior and memory of schizophrenia rats after damaging medial forebrain bundle

摘要 目的研究精神分裂症大鼠模型前脑内侧束毁损后学习记忆能力变化。方法用苯环己哌啶(PCP)建立精神分裂症大鼠模型,并分成模型组和毁损组,采用Sams-Dodd对刻板行为的评分,Morris水迷宫定位航行实验和空间搜索实验来对行为和学习记忆过程进行系统研究。结果毁损组大鼠刻板行为明显减低,Morris水迷宫潜伏期缩短。结论精神分裂症的动物模型伴有明显的刻板行为和学习记忆能力的下降,通过毁损MFB可以改善大鼠的行为和学习记忆能力。 Objective It is to observe the changes of learning and memory ability after the medial forebrain bundle (MFB) of schizophrenia rats were damaged. Methods The animal models were established by injecting Phencyclidine into abdomen of the rats, and then were divided into two groups: model group and damaged group. The behavior and memory ability were examined by Sams- Dodd's stereotyped behavior score and Morris water labyrinth test. Results The stereotyped behavior was reduced and the space memory ability was improved after the MFB schizophrenia rats were damaged. Conclusion The schizophrenia rats have the stereotyped behavior and declining of space memory ability. But the ability of learning and memory can be improved by damaging the MFB.
